Laurent Thery

Laurent Théry develops a consulting activity for investors in the field of

energy transition with recognized experience in the renewable gas industry (hydrogen, biomethane, bio-fuels, e-fuels) and infrastructure (storage, pipelines, terminals, etc.). He is a member of the EU Biomethane Industrial Partnership, which brings together private players and the European Commission to accelerate the development of biomethane in Europe. Laurent Théry launched the Biogas International Task Force of MEDEF International with the Sponsorship of TotalEnergies to help the French export sector. Laurent Théry launched the creation of the first fund dedicated to renewable gases in 2019 with GRTgaz, Banque des Territoires, ADEME Invest and the EIB (>200 M€).

Laurent Théry was ENGIE's international development director for the infrastructure branch. He has notably carried out M&A transactions and major greenfield projects in numerous countries on five continents.
